Ceramic Fiber Paper is a lightweight refractory material processed from a blend of alumina-silica fibers into a flexible, uniform sheet. The distribution of the fibers with the organic bond and the thickness of the ceramic fiber paper can be very strictly controlled. The bond will be completely burnt out in use.
DITA ceramic fiber paper features light weight, structure uniformity and low thermal conductivity, which serve as a perfect solution for high temperature insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Refractory ceramic fiber paper is very flexible and easy to cut with a smooth surface. Ceramic fiber paper can be used in various types of refractory and sealing applications
Key Features
• Easy to cut, wrap or form
• Temperature stability
• Low thermal conductivity
• Low heat storage
• Resilient
• Light weight
